A FREE REI Community Event - Discover how yoga can power up your sports training... then check out a few different styles of yoga at Phil Hardberger Park. There will be an introduction to basic Yoga exercises and poses. Bring your own mat and water bottle. Guest instructors: Joy Bernstein (Curvy Yoga), SA Fitness in the Park Vanessa Gonzalez, and Mindful Warrior Yoga with Maggie Grueskin.

Maggie Grueskin is a Chopra Center Certified Ayurvedic Educator. She has been studying yoga, meditation and ayurveda with the Chopra Center since 2008. She is also Certified in Hatha Yoga and Meditation, through the Kriya Yoga Institute in Chicago, and is currently pursuing a Diplomate in Logotherapy, from the Viktor Frankl Institute, headquartered in Vienna. Maggie is an accomplished climber, backpacker and outdoor enthusiast who believes that spending time outside integrates the mind, body, and spirit, tapping into our essential nature.
